- Camera Shot - Medium Long Shot
- Used this shot type because it shows his hands, and he is holding a gun with gloves on, the holster and things on his legs, and his facial expression
The medium long shot type is used because it reveals his hands, as he is wearing gloves and holding a gun, which implies alot about the movie. It also shows the holsters on his legs and his facial expression, that is very stern, which connotes he is very serious and possibly out to kill somebody, if you think about the fact he has a gun on him. This all adds to the mise-en-scene and helps to make it clear what the film is about and what he does in it. His clothes seem quite casual, however James Bond film posters are usually containing James Bond with a suit, which connotes he is trying to deal with something, or maybe he is trying to blend in, or doesn't care about the fashion. He is also wearing gloves which could imply he is up to something illegal, like trying to leave no trace of his fingerprints. The gun he his holding has connotations of death, violence and danger, which helps set the mood of the film at first glance. It also connotes that the genre of the movie is action. Looking at the background, you can very clearly see the blue 007 with a gun on the right side, which is also besides the title but much smaller. It seems as though it could imply some sort of agent code name, especially with the gun design beside it. The full background is also a golden colour, which connotes money, wealth, and possibly status, so even though he is wearing a casual outfit, he could be a respected man, and / or a very rich person. He seems to be walking quite proudly, but also sternly, which could suggest he is currently heading to do something important, or is doing something important in that time.
Some diegetic sounds were kept in the trailer for the film "No Time To Die", such as car engines revving, tires screeching, guns shots or explosions, because its further proves that the movie contains alot of very high action.
The pace of cuts used are done purposely, with a use of straight cuts and fade to blacks, it creates far more tension, the pace is very fast so that the excitement and action can be packed into the trailer, as it attracts people to watch it more. It does slow down in the 3/5 (guess) of the trailer, to create a even more slight bit of tension.

Tenet Soundtrack
The use of sound in this trailer adds to the action, with loud explosions, shooting and crashing vehicles. The music over the scenes makes it more dramatic, getting louder and faster with the clips for more intensity. In some areas, the clips and music are reversed to emphasise the timeline and how it links to reversion. There were also a mixture of straight cuts and fade to blacks, used differently where the paces change.
Dune Mise-en-scene
The scenes change between a coastal, rocky area, to a rich sort of building, to a desert quite quickly, going back and forth to each place until eventually staying on the desert. Its like the genre is sci-fi, as it involves space/spaceships, action, creatures
editing -
stragith cuts
fade ti blacks
sci-fi blue glitch thing ??
head cut off with red tihng
black scenes with just voice
cgi
In the Dune trailer, editing is used effectively to create more intensity and make it more dramatic. For example, in the scenes where it is showing the fight/war, the director uses straight cuts instead of fades and a faster pace of the clips. This connotes the impression of tension and makes the audience question what happens next as it is hard to tell in fast moving clips.
In the Dune trailer, camerawork is used effectively to portray the protagonists emotions and to show the settings, as they change rapidly. For example, in the scene where it shows the creature coming out of the sand, the director uses a wide shot. This creates the impression of fear, as it shows the monstrous size of the creature, and makes the audience feel worried for the characters in the scene, and also wonder what it is that just arose from the sand. The camerawork mainly contained of mid shots, medium long shots and long shots: This is because it can always show the characters' facial expressions, what emotions they are feeling in the scene and their body language can also say alot about whats happening in the frame.
SUPER MARIO BROS. Camerawork -
The mise-en-scene is used purposely in this scene to show all of Bowsers 'minions' and the size of the palace ahead of them. The blue glow connotes ice and cold, and the orange from bowsers castle connotes fire, which is done purposely for the 'fire vs ice'.
The soundtrack at the beginning with bowsers vs the penguins is very loud and dramatic, which could connote action and war, but when its switches to Mario its very peaceful, and suddenly gets louder when he realises where he is.The editing consists of slow paced, straight cuts, with a couple of fade to blacks when Bowser finds the star in the penguins palace. This is because it shows whats happening in the scene and thats its all happening at the same time.
